Refund Policy

Service: Is My Agent Safe (ismyagentsafe.com), provided by Your Evenings Ltd (England and Wales).

This policy is the same for customers everywhere. It doesn't reduce any rights you have under the law where you live.

1. Free check

The free check is free. There's nothing to refund.

2. Full report ($29, one-off)

• Automatic refund if the check can't finish. If we can't complete the check your report is based on (for example the audit output can't be read, or a required part of the check fails on our side after you've paid), we refund you in full automatically. You don't need to ask. You'll still receive anything we were able to produce.
• We won't take payment for a check we already know can't finish. If your free check is incomplete, the checkout stays closed until it's complete.
• 14-day no-questions refund. If you're unhappy with your report for any reason, email hello@ismyagentsafe.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

3. Monitoring ($9/month) and agency founding seats ($99/month)

• Your $99 founding price is locked for 12 months while you stay subscribed. Cancel any time.
• Cancel any time in your account or by email. You won't be charged again, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• First payment: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.
• After that, we don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it or where the Service was unavailable to you for a significant part of the period.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Amounts are in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion difference, and we can't control that.
